This blackberry sweet & bubbly cocktail makes for a great drink on a warm sunny spring day. Not to mention great for sipping on while reading in your garden enjoying the weather before it gets to hot.
Ingredients
- 10-12 each blackberries ripe about (3/4 cup)
- 2/3 cup agave nectar you can use simple syrup or honey as a substitute
- 1 bottle champagne prosecco can be used as a substitute (use chilled champagne or prosecco)
- 4 each thyme sprigs
Directions
- Using a mixing cup and muddler. Muddle your blackberries to bring out more flavor and color.
- Put blackberries, agave, champagne into a pitcher and mix until combined.
- Serve into glass add a thyme sprig and a few fresh blackberries for garnish.
